We have several diagnostic units in the different locations ranging from Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Microbiology, Parasitology, endocrinology etc. Our blood bank facility also ensure that you have your blood need reliably supplied on time every time you need it. We also have a Medical Imaging Unit where X-ray, ultrasound and others services like ECG and EEG are being done. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
