Job Title: Admin Officer / Office Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's general operations
- Oversee the daily running of the business
- Work with the MD to ensure smooth running of the business and accountability.
- Prepares proposals, quotation and invoices.
- Provide professional advice to the MD
- Work with other departments such as Marketing, Accounts and Supplies dept. to ensure success on every project.
- Ensure customers get their supplies promptly.
- Follow up on new and existing clients for strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and follow up on Sales,Supplies and payments.
- Any other related task as would be assigned by the MD.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Accountancy or Marketing.
- Previous experience as an Admin. Officer/Office Manager is compulsory
- 3 years working experience in a Start Up is compulsory.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Great leadership,Coordinating,Entrepreneurial and Teamwork skills.
- Great with details and calculations.
- Ability to manage other staff is required.
- Preferred residence: Ajah, Sangotedo, Igbefon, Ibeju-Lekki and environs.
