Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Promoter. The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:
- Engage prospective customers to interest them in the Tech Education services provided by the organization through flyer distribution and effective communication
- Providing in-depth knowledge of the information on tech education to prospective customers and responding to queries that they may have
- Collate data of interested prospects for effective follow-up and conversion
- Provide customer support to converted prospects
- Provide feedback from customers to management
- Gather and escalate the voice of the prospects and target audience to management
Basic Requirements
- The minimum of OND qualification
- Experience in Sales
- Excellent communication skills - Eloquent and comfortable talking to strangers
- Great Negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent observation skills
- Physically Agile as a job role may dictate mobility.
