Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
• Negotiating and enforcing leases
• Establishes rental rate by market survey
• Tenant Selection
• Addressing Tenant complaint and inspecting vacant units
• Collection of rent and dealing with late payments
• Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
• Preparing and managing budgets
• Ensuring taxes are paid
• Supervision of repairs and renovation works
• Routine management inspections and report writing
• Preparation of reports on the financial performance of properties
• Ensuring that properties are in their highest and best use
• Business development
• Other duties that may be deemed of a property manager.

Education Qualification

• BSc / HND in Estate Management will be a higher advantage

Skill:

• Sound knowledge of real estate industry and property management.
