Job Title: Merchandising Specialist

Job Description
- We are seeking for a Merchandiser to join our Circulation team to optimize sales of our magazines at retail stores and other sales outlets.
- This will require negotiating with owners / managers of supermarkets and retail outlets to accept our magazines for sale, ensuring shelves are stocked with our products, oversight of the arranging and maintaining of product displays, and monitoring sales and restocking
Responsibilities
- To introduce our magazines for sale in supermarkets and other retail outlets
- Ensure that shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of our magazines
- Liaise with owners/management of stores and outlets on the display, arrangement and placement of products in store
- Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products
- Monitor inventory in outlets based on sales and intake
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience working in retail or merchandising in supermarkets and outlets
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
