Winelight Analytical Systems Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matter Act 1990 with RC No: 229 847 as a Limited Liability Company on the 23rd of August, 1993. We deal with the sales, supply and servicing of Analytical and Laboratory instruments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Officer - IT Generalist

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

• Provide first-line support at every official computer users’ desk.
• Configure and support Company’s PC in LAN/WAN environment, including installation and configuration of Routers, Switches and cabling.
• Analyze, Identify and resolve computer hardware problems.
• Provide expertise advice on computer/communication equipment selection, procurement and installation.
• Provide adequate support for Microsoft Office/windows installation, Email setup on desktop and mobile devices and Internet connections.
• Manage official mobile and internet contracts (i.e dongles and CUG).
• Liaise with IT department contractors and vendors.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of ISP subscriptions.
• Troubleshoots printing network issues and replaced toner for printers.
• Keep, update and harness data of other department as generated by individual staff.
• Act as the departments’ secretary in the absence of any intern
• See to the daily running of the IT extension room.
• Web development / design

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND or M.Sc in Computer Engineering / Science / Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years Experience
• Age: 25 - 30years
• Possess good communication skill
• Good Relationship Management skill
• Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Must be Computer Literature.
• Graphics design skills
• Hands on experience with CRM Management
• Social media expertise.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
