Poverty Reduction and Rural Women Empowerment Initiative (PRRWEI) is a Microfinance Institute established to help busines owners increase their productivity through the provision of loans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Area Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
Interested applicants should be proactive, optimistic and willing to carry out the following duties and more:

• Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments.
• Optimize anf oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals, etc.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
