Job Title: Administrative/ Personnel Manager

Location:
Ikoyi

Responsibilities
  • Keeps employees files.
  • Oversees attendance and payroll.
  • Attends to staff needs and issues.
  • Ensures a good and functional office environment.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for organizing meetings, distributing meeting agenda, recording minutes.
  • Undertake recruitment and selection functions including; placing of job adverts, shortlisting candidates, interviews etc.
Qualification and Requirement
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people both staff and customers alike.
  • Conversant with Microsoft office packages and at least one Human Resource Software.
  • Good co-ordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong team interaction and support skills.
  • Honest, and Reliability.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good team player, innovative and proactive.
