Job Title: Administrative/ Personnel Manager
Location: Ikoyi
Responsibilities
- Keeps employees files.
- Oversees attendance and payroll.
- Attends to staff needs and issues.
- Ensures a good and functional office environment.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for organizing meetings, distributing meeting agenda, recording minutes.
- Undertake recruitment and selection functions including; placing of job adverts, shortlisting candidates, interviews etc.
Qualification and Requirement
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people both staff and customers alike.
- Conversant with Microsoft office packages and at least one Human Resource Software.
- Good co-ordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Strong team interaction and support skills.
- Honest, and Reliability.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good team player, innovative and proactive.
