We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Marketing Manager

Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Candidate must be ready to generate leads and sales for the Car rental business, follow up on potential customers
  • Ensuring all vehicles meet daily income targets.
  • Boost Car rental service and income.
  • Reach out and canvas for new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with relevant organizations such as (Non-governmental Organizations, Political Parties, Oil Servicing Companies, Manufacturing Firms etc,)
  • Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
  • Contribute in creating and generating marketing contents and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  • Consistently develop and execute monthly, quarterly, annual sales plans and targets in alignment with car rental business objectives.
  • Assess the needs of clients and gather feedback to improve existing products and services
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients, setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads then converting them into paid clients
  • Attending client meetings and handling emails to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum BSc / BA Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in marketing, sales and business development
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
  • Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
  • Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem –solving skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have good knowledge of Abuja and Lagos.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
