We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead, Sales Representative

Locations: Benin - Edo and Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Team Lead will:

• Solving customer complaints and answering customers questions.
• Writing reports for senior managers.
• Assisting with the selling of products and services and assisting to maximize sales.
• Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
• Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork, and possibly tasking sales workers with the buying of more supplies.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 - 5 years of sales experience, or experience leading a sales team.
• Experience in the telecommunication industry will be an added advantage.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
• A good knowledge od microsoft office suite.
