Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for pick-up and delivery of garments to customers on time.
- Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of garments ready for delivery.
- Response to all inquires related to delivery.
- Contact customers to verify the delivery address.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Communicate with other department within the company to ensure that customer garments is delivered on time.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE certification with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
- Familiarity with relevant routes and must be a skilled dispatch rider.
- Ability to communicate and get along with people.
- Candidate must possess a valid rider’s permit.
