Job Title: VP Pastoral
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- The successful candidate will assist in leading our Pastoral team as well as take on other whole school responsibilities (e.g. staff professional development) and a share of the day-to-day running of the school. Precise responsibilities will depend on the strengths and aptitudes of the successful candidate.
- We are looking for someone with significant pastoral experience with girls (e.g. as Head of Sixth Form) who is used to liaising with parents and supporting students and staff. Energy, attention to detail and motivation to see projects and initiatives through to completion are all required. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a person with a caring outlook
Requirements
- Must have 3 years previous work experience in pastoral care.
- Certificates/Diplomas in Pastoral Studies.
- To have knowledge of children's developmental needs.
- To have a basic understanding of safeguarding children procedures.
