Elkris Foods Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing (FMCG) Company that produces Swallow/Ball-Foods in Nigeria. We are an innovative Food Manufacturing company in Nigeria, specifically devoted to developing and producing healthier alternatives to garri, pounded yam, fufu etc; using a double-fibre natural swallow product known to contain scientifically-proven diabetes and cholesterol regulatory ingredients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior IT Support

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues relating to internal IT.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Manage the Social media Pages, respond to customers and monitor social media campaign.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and escalatingto the external vendor if the need arises
• Analyze workflow, establish priorities, developed standards, and set deadlines.
• Performing safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.

Minimum Recruitment standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Website designing and social media management will be an added advantage.

Qualities:

• A technical, logical thought process.
• Problem-solving skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Versatility.
