DESCRIPTIONS
A.) Radiologist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interpretation of radiologic and ultrasound images.
- Initial management of emergencies like contrast extravasions, allergies, etc.
Qualification/Experience:
- MD or MBBS with fellowship in radiology.
- Fellowship of the faculty of radiology the West African college of physicians or surgeons.
- At least 3 years post fellowship experience.
- Very strong general body, obstetric and vascular ultrasound techniques.
- Strong mammography and fluoroscopic interpretation.
- Comfortable with CT and MRI interpretation.
- Current working knowledge of CT/MRI and Ultrasound a PLUS.
- Willing to travel often for offshore training and CME.
B.) Radiographer
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the activities of the imaging department.
- Keeps track of imaging supplies and makes orders as needed.
- Supervises the activities of associate radiographers
- Makes schedules and makes sure the imaging division is staffed at all hours.
- Performs diagnostic imaging tests as ordered by physician
- Onsite applications training for all modalities will be provided.
Qualification/Experience
- Bachelors degree in radiography from a recognized university.
- Registration with RRBN
- At least 5 years post degree experience.
- Working knowledge of CT/MRI a must
- Working knowledge of ultrasound/echo a big PLUS
- Willing to work flexible hours including night time call duty.
C.) Chief laboratory Scientist
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the activities of the laboratory department
- Keeps track of laboratory supplies, reagent inventory and orders as needed
- Makes schedules and makes sure the laboratory department is staffed at all hours
- Performs diagnostic laboratory tests as ordered
Qualification/Experience
- Degree in Medical laboratory science
- Registration with institute of medical laboratory science of Nigeria
- At least 5 years post degree experience
D.) Assistant Medical Laboratory Scientist
Responsibilities
Performs diagnostic laboratory tests as ordered
Qualification/Experience
- Degree in Medical laboratory science.
- Registration with institute of medical laboratory science of Nigeria
- At least 2 years post degree experience.
E.) Medical Officer
Responsibilities
- Performs medical consultations as requested
- Delivers emergency management of patients who develop sudden or worsening medical crisis while at the facility
Qualification/Experience
- MBBS
- Completion of housemanship
- Youth corpers are welcome
- Proficient in Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) protocols
- Excellent knowledge about application of imaging modalities.
F.) Radiology Technician
Responsibilities
- Assists the radiographer in performance of imaging tests
- Works under the direct supervision of a radiographer.
Qualification/Experience
- Experience in the performance of simple X-rays.
- 3 plus years experience assisting radiographers
G.) Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities
- Assists laboratory scientist in the performance of laboratory tests
- Works under the direct supervision of a Lab scientist.
Qualification/Experience
3plus years’ experience working in a medical laboratory as an assistant.
H.) Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Works in the front office and is the first point of call for the patients in the centre
- Highly skilled in simple computer applications like entry, word, excel
Qualification/Experience
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition a MUST
- Very fluent in English and local language
- University or at least an OND degree
I.) Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities
- Collects direct payment of services from clients
- Keeps a thorough book keeping of accounts
Qualification/Experience
- OND degree
- 3 plus years experience working as an accounts clerk in a facility of similar size
J.) Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- In charge of continuing marketing of the centre
- In charge of customer relationship management (CRM)
- Frequent travel and liaison with physicians to project modalities and tests available at centre
- Managing contracted agencies
- Arrange frequent conferences/meetings with physician to acquaint them of services available at centre
- Arrange or attend community meetings to discuss preventive imaging tests available
Qualification/Experience
- University degree, preferably in marketing
- Savvy individual with aggressive marketing skills
K.) Marketing Manager
