Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Sales)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire a Customer Service Officer with sales and marketing experience to work in our office in Ikeja.
  • You will be required to provide excellent customer support to our clients and also help with the marketing of our product/services.

Responsibilities

  • You will be required to work as part of a team providing high quality customer support services via telephone and e-mail;
  • Create & Manage marketing campaigns by working with our clients and suppliers;
  • Identify & utilize cost effective & efficient sales/marketing channels;
  • You will be required to generate new leads & business deals
  • You will be will be responsible for liaising with our clients, their associates and maintain a high level of customers' satisfaction experience;
  • Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on providing excellent customer support services meeting our clients' service level agreements;
  • You should be able to react to customers' requests promptly and in a professional manner;
  • You will be required to develop Telephone Scripts as needed;
  • You will be required to work with less supervision;
  • Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets.

Skills

  • A result oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;
  • A fast learner who is keen to grow their marketing skills;
  • An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
  • Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
  • Excellent Telephone handling skills;
  • Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills;

  • Strong orientation to achieving team's goals and targets set;
  • Willingness to learn and develop;

  • Call Centre Experience will be an advantage;
  • Professional attitude and orientation to details;
  • Knowledge of Marketing Principles & Techniques;
  • Knowledge of using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram;
  • Knowledge of CRM Applications.

Salary
Basic: N80,000 + Commission.
