We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Delivery Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Deliver company products from the warehouse to the customers, loading and unloading whenever necessary.
- Responsible for providing customers with the products ordered and ensuring the amounts/quantity and delivery days are correct.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service
- Ensure that effective communication is used at all levels of the customer transaction and always be available when issues arise.
- Build strong professional relationships with customers in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment.
- Maintain sales and delivery records.
- Account for the safe and timely delivery of purchased products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years’ experience in a sales focused customer/client facing role with a track record of top performance
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Ability to lift up to 5kg product weight and be agile enough to load and unload merchandise.
