Job Title: Programmes Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and accountability for expansion and implementation of VC programmes ensuring timely delivery in line with agreed standards and outputs
- Coordinate the tutoring programme in all 9 existing centers and ensure these centres become fully nationalized in the south eastern region by 2016
- Develop the curriculum and teaching manuals for tutoring programmes
- Develop and write proposals / grants applications for old and existing programmes
- Coordinate recruitment of students and volunteers for the tutoring programme in all centres
- Establish and manage strategic relationships and communication with stakeholders through the construction and maintenance of a contacts management database in all sectors of healthcare, manufacturing, financial sector, telecommunications, HRM, NGO's etc
- Develop new approaches to engagements using social media and other broadcast channels to ensure the establishment of a heavy social / web media presence for the organization
- Develop and sustain key business relationships / partnerships for impact, increasing the value of our grant through partnership development and collaboration with various institutions
- Create VC year books detailing all activities, accomplishments, and projects carried out over each annual year
- Prepare annual work plans and budgets for the capacity building activities and outputs;
- Develop M&E frameworks for ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation of all programmes
- Any other responsibility assigned by the organization.
Qualification
- Minimum of HND in relevant discipline.
