Under the Company and Allied Matters Acts 1990, DreamWorks Integrated Systems Limited with registration no RC 509142, was registered in 2004 as a corporate entity. We engage in the importation, distribution, and support services of ICT products from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) across the country over the years. The company is involved in the sales and supply of Laptops/Desktops, Printers, Tablets, Projectors, Mobile phones, Home appliances and a diverse range of ICT products. Dreamworks Integrated Systems Limited is managed by a crop of seasoned ICT professionals with rich and diverse experiences in ICT, and sales and distribution of ICT products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benin - Edo, Owerri - Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Ibadan - Oyo & Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participating in sales team meetings
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• Building and maintaining CRM databases.

Sales Performance:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement on products and services
• Achieving established set goals
• Superior product knowledge of products and services
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
• Providing excellent customer service for the business.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, sales distribution, or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• A good team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
