Job Title: Sales / Support Agent

Summary

• In this role, you’ll be required to carry out all activities relating to online and physical sales, acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for customers through all company communication channels
• Drive high customer satisfaction ratings to support overall department objectives
• Generate leads, convert leads to customers and existing customers into repeat customers
• Properly record all customer interactions on the appropriate company platforms
• Perform all other duties as assigned according to set company standards and expectations
• Work with high energy and deliver at a fast tempo • Be 100% accountable to reach and exceed his goals
• Be supportive, collaborative, and uphold standards always.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in any field
• 0 – 2 years’ experience
• Must have flair for sales
• Excellent networking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Salary
N70,000 / Month and other benefits.
