Job Description

• Business Development Manager (BDM) is a sales role responsible for setting appointments with qualified prospects to be distributed to the sales team. This is a full-time, base plus commission position.
• As a member of the Freedom team, they will enhance sales process and strategies while consistently leading the team and positively impacting those around them

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• U must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have good communication skills.

Salary
N75,000 - N120,000 monthly.
