Job Title: Corporate Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary

• The job holder will be directly responsible for the aggressive growth of Corporate Agents and administrative functions attached to the corporate risk department.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out marketing activities targeted at growing broker business across the broker value chain
• Undertake continuous market analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends to ensure the business stays abreast with industry developments
• Regular meetings with clients / brokers to encourage retention of business
• Prepare and submit tailor-made proposals to corporate clients to grow a corporate business.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations governing the operations of the unit.
• Grow new business from brokers and direct sources
• Ensure 100% retention of all renewable businesses.
• Maintain an active referral database for the continuous growth of business
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales.

Requirements

• 1st Degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
• 3 years work experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Must have proven track record as a Relationship Officer.
• Must have strong negotiation skills in dealing with third parties.
• Must have an attitude of winning.
• Experience in managing other functional areas such as customer service and general administration is an advantage
• Must have strong Leadership qualities and be self-motivated
• Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
• Good Report Writing Skills.
• Analytical Skill, Customer Service, Communication Skill, Report Writing, Sales & relationship management.
