Job Title: Retails Sales Representative

Job Description

• Present and sell products or services to organizations, businesses or government agencies.
• Contact potential buyers, present products and services,
• Give product information to potential clients and answer questions and
• Pricing / Negotiation
• Open and Setup Sales or Return distribution Channels
• Generate leads and facilitates conversion
• Drive and deliver quarterly sales target as will be assigned and review from time to time
• Build relationship with clients in order to convince them to buy company’s product
• Generating sales leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
• Provide customer service to existing and new leads at the direction of management negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Ensures after sales support is provided to customers
• Ensuring customer supplies and requests get to them promptly
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Job Requirement & Qualification

• OND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales role, preferably in FMCG environment.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Salary
N40,000 / month.
