Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Ago-Iwoye, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
The supervisor will:
- Be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema
- Provide business support for the general manager
- Oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits
- Train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy
Minimum Qualifications
- A Degree in any discipline
- 4 years experience in hospitality management
- Cinema work experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency with computers
- Knowledge of retail sales software
- Understanding of processes
- Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
