Job Title: Field Sales (Medical) Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to successful source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell products from their designated locatons
  • Explain the sign-up process and on-board prospective subscribers
  • Market our products and and create awareness for the company

Key Requirements

  • BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience strongly desired
  • Should have previously worked - or have an understanding - of sales/ target driving job.
  • Candidates should be confident, outspoken and able to convince customers to subscribe to health products
  • Candidate should live close enough to locations were there are kiosks/vacancies to ensure successful candidates are able to easily commute to and from work.
  • Preferably, candidate should be able to use functioning Android phone
  • Experience selling HMO packages/plans
  • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Upselling and crosselling of company products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Applicant must have completed Nysc, and not more than 40 years of age. Should have customer service experience. Good communication skills, Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
