Job Title: IT Support Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues pertaining to desktop/laptop and application support.
• Performing routine maintenance on IT devices including software updates, imaging and light repairs
• Performing system upgrades on computers, laptops, printers etc
• Assisting in installations, integrations and configurations of systems
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Assist in ensuring the high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work with the IT Technician in repairs and operating of laser, CNC machines and others
• Maintains network infrastructure standards.
• General maintenance of all electronics appliance i.e. laptops, printer.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
