We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist

Location: Lekki / Ajah - Lagos

Summary of Function

  • The Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist is responsible to manage client transactions with the organization while delivering quality service within defined timeline.

Job Functions
Customer Service Units & Bitcoin Account Management Unit:

  • Monitor and Supervise Transactions
  • Ensure Clients get Timely Response to all Enquiries for Bitcoin, USDT, Crypto
  • Generating and Manage Reports

Giftcard Transaction Specialist Unit:

  • Adding clients that want to trade bitcoin and crypto generally to the bitcoin groups created for the CTRS operations.
  • Trading Gift cards daily
  • Generating and Manage Reports

Finance Unit:

  • Monitor Day to Day operations in the department
  • Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  • Validate Withdrawals of and for Customers
  • Ensure Cashflow is stable
  • Process timely payments for all Clients
  • Generating and Manage Reports

Skills and Attributes

  • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
  • Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
  • Ability to identify errors
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
