Job Title: Facility Assistant
Locations: Ikoyi, Abijo (Lekki), Gbagada and Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preserving the good condition of all facilities; ensuring that they are safe and fully functional to support the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility, services, and general maintenance, are implemented, and carried out in a manner consistent with the organizations policies and directives.
- Conduct proactive maintenance and inspect buildings’ structures or fabric to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Supervise all maintenance activities relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the facilities, including maintenance and installation of all electrical fittings and plumbing fittings.
Requirements
- Interest candidates must have a Trade Test III and minimum of OND in Building Technology, Estate Management, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years experience managing a facility.
