Job Title: Accountant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommend financial actions to management after an in-depth analysis of accounting options.
• Keep up-to-date financial information relating to balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of any financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Candidate mustpossess good reporting skills, attention to detail, time management, organization skill, data entry management and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
