Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Southern Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the bank, as well as developing and implementing effective business plans and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics). Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 5 years in a senior management position in financial services, preferably in the microfinance bank industry.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and native dialect.
