Responsibilities

• Handle all reception task with diligence, maturity and decorum
• Interface between the company and external regulatory agencies, bankers, visitors etc
• Handle internal communication effectively through the use of intercoms and other phone directory.
• Other assigned duties

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Secretarial Admin or other related discipline
• Must have 3+ years experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good disposition and with amiable character.
