Job Title: Freight / Logistics - Direct Sales Agents Team Lead

Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Daysand Hours: Mon - Fri,8.00am - 5.00pm

Job Description

• Meet Sales target.
• Identifying the potential customers.
• Presenting the products and services to the customers.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Delivering parcels to designated hubs.
• Receive and make calls from/to customers using the approved channels.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / NCE / OND qualification.
• Have at least five (5) years relevant freight sales experience.
• Have an existing book of business.
• Customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
