We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• This Person will drive the growth marketing & business development strategies of the Organization, write and prepare top quality business proposals, budgets and business operational plans for the organization’s growth while constantly seeking out new opportunities for Partnerships with a view of ensuring that the Organization’s Targets are achieved.
• Developing growth strategies and plans and writing business proposals.
• Increasing the Organization’s Business opportunities and driving up revenue base
• Negotiating with stakeholders and identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a previous role
• Strong Marketing, Business Intelligence, Persuasion and Writing skills
• Excellent Knowledge of Technology Projects Marketing and Business Landscape plus advanced Computer Literacy and Proposal Creation/Designing skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills and Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to make effective small and large group presentations and ability to think creatively and take initiatives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills and ability to work independently with little supervision.
