We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Manager / Site Manager

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

• Ensure on SITE that all activities within the installation perimeter are complying with the requisite work package Installation Procedures
• Coordinate with all discipline to ensure that site installation is carried out with respect to approved installation methods.
• Ensure that all changes to the approved Installation program and procedures are implemented on Site;
• Liaise with respective discipline supervisors/engineers to resolve any technical concern during installation/construction.
• Ensure supervision on during the main fabrication, construction, and installation.
• Ensure that all Pre-commissioning and commissioning project methodology are properly implemented on Site.
• Follow up and validate all Pre-commissioning activities as per Project specifications, design and codes.
• Ensure that all consumables for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are identified and available.
• Identify/monitor vendor mobilization/demobilization schedule for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Work with the QA/QC engineer to ensure the tracking of anomalies and non-conformities and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
