• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, General Agric or Agric Econs or related qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an HR / Admin role
• Excellent administrative and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word)
• Demonstrates aptitude and precision working with numbers.
