Job Description

• Supporting and Implementing HR initiatives and systems.
• Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring process.
• Creating and Implementing effective onboarding plans.
• Supporting the management of disciplinary issues.
• Maintaining employee records.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or Administrator.
• Knowledge of HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
