Job Title: Head of Claims

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Approve claim settlement within designated authority limit.
• Manage all claim matters.
• Manage recovery of claims.
• Manage team of claim managers and claim executives.
• Oversee claims for daily operations.
• Provide guidance to the team for overall development.
• Review business risk with claim team.
• Work closely with other Heads of Department to provide recommendations to improve product and pricing.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc in a health-related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HMO and/or health related organization.
