Fazsion is a cross-border e-commerce marketplace offering authentic European and UK Highstreet fashion brands for Men, Women, and Kids such as H&M, Jack&Jones, Selected Homme, Diesel, Henley, Gabba, Bellfield, No problem, Vero Moda, Zara, Boohoo, Pretty Little Things, Nelly, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klien, Adidas and others. Fazsion operates out of warehouses in Lagos, Germany, and London. We help our customers source, ship, and deliver their inventory needs to their doorstep end to end. We aim to make stocking up your store as easy as possible.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome and greet walk-in customers courteously.
  • Provide excellent and prompt services to customers.
  • Adhere to store policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Perform cash, card, and check transactions for customer purchases.
  • Handle cash register and manage incoming and outgoing cash.
  • Record financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
  • Pack and bag products according to customer needs.
  • Maintain store equipment such as computers, Phones,  and other equipment in safe and good working conditions.
  • Stock and maintain the inventories according to store policies.
  • Perform the ‘cash count-out on a daily basis
  • Address all queries from retail customers.
  • Ensure orders are validated before shipping and payment made

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
  • Fashionable. Fashion Conscious/Awareness of Fashion brands/trends
  • Tech Savvy - ability to manage e-commerce platform/Vend/PO Process/Bar Coding
  • Visual Merchandising/Product Display Skills,
  • Basic Understanding of Accounting - individuals will be using Xero - Profit and Loss
  • Leadership Ability - leading at least 4 persons - sales assistants, social media persons and support staff (security and cleaners), and partners
  • Reporting - weekly and monthly on inventory, profit, and loss
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Preferable if the individual lives within the Ikeja axis,
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
  • MS Office Suite - Excel & PowerPoint proficient
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Customer-service skill.
