Job Summary

• The ideal candidate is expected to provide expert financial and commercial advice to the Organization’s commercial arm, instigating and facilitating the delivery of initiatives that will drive financial performance.
• The ideal candidate is also expected to ensure sustainable sales performance and growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies, as well as through collaborations and partnerships with other organizations and entities.

Key Requirements

• A graduate Degree in Business Management, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Master's Degree and / or MBA is an added advantage.
• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Manager
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to operationalize innovative programs resulting in measurable successes and program growth
• Managerial & Leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and present financial data
