Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Description

• The Storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of a site’s store, performing activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
• Maintain store record and inventory of all items in the store.
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store
• Responsible for preparation of monthly store report.
• Any other assigned tasks.

Education & Experience

• National Diploma (ND) or Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E./WAEC).
• 1-3 years store keeping experience in a reputable organization.

Competencies Required:

• Good analytical skill
• Experience in the use of computer application such as MS Office is added advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Good record keeping skill
• Good team player
• Attention to details

Salary
N55,000 / Month.
