Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans and drive sales target and revenue in line with budgetary projection.
• Supervison of branch
• Responsible for day to day directory of all operational aspects including disbursment and recovery
• Responsible for documentation of recors keepings of loans, customer services, Administration and compliance of rules& regulation
• Must carry out all functions of a branch office and loaction such as overseeing of loans and lines of credit , marketing, building a rapport with the community to attract business and assiting with customer relations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration / Finance and other related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in a micofinance institute
• 27  to 32 years of age.
• Must be within Mokola and Ring Road Axis.
