Lightning Networks Limited - Our client, a start-up Confectionery company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food Microbiologist

Location: Lagos

Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensure timely analysis of sample to prevent production loss time and waste.
• Perform Hygiene Audits and implement Hygienic requirements across site.
• Ensure products are correctly labelled and prepared according to the standard procedures.
• Monitor and control raw material input to meet quality standards. 
• Guide in the cleaning & sanitization procedures and training to ensure hygiene of equipment and utilities.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Microbiology and Science Laboratory Technology Food with 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar role from the food industry.
• Age Requirement: 26 - 35 years
• Practical experience in food processing and confectioneries who will identify and guarantee quality of products.

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
• Medical Cover (HMO)
• Life insurance.
