Job Title: Head of Branch
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities
- He is Responsible for development cordination supervision and implementation of operational and business activities in the branch.
- Direct all operational aspect including distribution operations, customer services, human resources and administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Developed forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goal and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Address customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly adhere to high ethical standard and comply with all regulations/ applicable laws
Requirements and Skills
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Branch Managements experience
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and Human resources Management skills
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Age: 30 to 45 yrs
- Preferably Male
- Professional courses, Microfinance institute, Member of Acca/ICAN
