Requirements

• Has a recognized professional qualification in insurance with not less than ten years post qualification experience in the insurance industry seven of which must be at a senior management level, or
• Has a First Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution and with not less than 15 years post qualification experience ten (10) of which must be at senior management level in the Technical Department
• Must be a current member of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
• Must have a sound technical acumen in Insurance
• Must have good understanding of the Nigerian financial market and the Insurance Industry in particular.
• Strong business development and relationship management experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be confident and effective in decision making with the ability to develop and implement strategies and adapt tactfulness
• Good leadership qualities, people management skills and with good communication skills.
