Requirements

• Has a First Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Must understand the industry requirements and challenges with a good knowledge of global best insurance practices
• Must have adequate experience in the financial sector especially the Insurance segment of which 5 years would have been in senior management positions
• Must be a result-oriented individual, with the ability to maximize production growth and oversee key business activities in the organization.
• Must be confident and effective in decision making with the ability to develop and implement strategies and adapt tactfulness.
• Should be able to actively seek out new sales opportunities and be able to measure, manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation and prospecting; qualification to closing.
• Ability to establish, grow and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• To build an effective and efficient team
• Build strategy for brokers and sector penetration as well as quality relationship with brokers and clients.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
