Job Summary

• The Job holder will be responsible for the preparation of food and provide Catering and Steward services on Production Platform/Flow station.
• Must be able to work on offshore rotation schedule and must be physically and medically fit.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of food and baking of pastry products
• Ensuring that food preparation meets hygiene requirements.
• General maintenances of kitchen utensils, cleaning pots and pans.
• The Steward is responsible for assisting the cooks.
• General cleaning and maintenance of rooms, washing and changing of beddings.
• Assists with the serving of meals.
• Must have good practical hands-on skills.
• Must be strong and physically fit.
• Professional Catering and Food handler Certificates.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Production Supervisor

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• Appreciable educational qualification, including O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant offshore experience in a similar position and job environment.
• Valid Food handler Certificate for Cooks.
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
• Must have good practical hands-on skills. Must be strong and physically fit.
• First Aid Certificate.
