Job Title: Terminal Manager
Locations: Maza Maza, Okota, Ajah - Lagos
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements and company procedures.
- Implement changes to transportation services, policies or scheduling as needed.
- Prepare daily operations by calling pilots after bus allocation
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailer sand consumers about our services
- Establish and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual report alongside staff training.
- Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency. maintain records concerning operations and fleet activities; prepare daily reports on operations and activities.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
- 2-6 years experience as Terminal Manager, Fleet Manager or Logistics Manager in Transportation/Logistics company is a MUST
- Candidates must reside in Maza Maza or Okota or Ajah and its environs
- Age: 31-47years old.
Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 monthly.
