S-TEE Cambridge College - This is the Cambridge Arm of the Mainstream school (S-TEE Schools). Our students are tutored on the British Curriculum and Nigerian Curriculum in preparation for their Cambridge Examinations. We are located in Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State. We work with highly trained educators, who most times are British Council certified.

The British Council certification and experience in tutoring Cambridge students is always a plus for any candidate looking for teaching job employment with our institution. Ability to work under pressure and submit records as at when due is also a very high requirement to joining the Academics Department of school.

Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Description

• We are looking for a well-organized head of operations to oversee activities across various departments.
• The responsibilities of a head of the department include formulating strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of all abiding rules and regulations.
• You should also design policies and ensure that customer service is up to standard for all departments that work in the operations office.
• To be successful as a head of operations, you should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity.
• Ultimately, a competent Head of Operations should ensure staff productivity.

Responsibilities

• Creating strategies with senior management.
• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
• Implementing effective processes and standards.
• Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention.
• Overseeing compliance with regulations.
• Managing all IT solutions.
• Reporting on operational progress.
• Supervision of Health workers staff & their duties
• Supervision of Transport Staff & their duties
• Supervision of Facilities Staff & their duties
• Supervision of Security Staff & their duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
• Not less than 8 years of experience.
• Knowledge of business functions.
• Solid knowledge of data analytics.
• Strong mathematical literacy.
• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
• A strategic thinker.
