Requirements

• BSc / B.A in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience or MSc / M.A Degree with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Possession of PhD will be an added advantage
• Flair for research work and must possess sound presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use and deployment of relevant ICT applications.
• Proven capacity for goal getting and target delivery.
