Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
- They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Role Responsibilities
- To oversee the Talent acquisition processes - End to end recruitment by generating various sources for recruitment
- Develop and ensure applicable on-boarding strategies, induction for all new joiners.
- Develop and monitor talent development processes with various business units heads for
- efficient impact tracking on overall business.
- Possess good hands-on skills on HRIS, capable of managing employee databases and maintaining employee performance trackers, analyzing applicable data for reporting HR Advisory to Management
- Designing Compensation structure, Payroll Processing, Attendance L Leave Record, HR
- Registers, Files
- Maintain the workforce planning structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
- Develop and submit all relevant HR communiques via letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Have in-depth knowledge of Nigerian legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Possess good knowledge of Compensation and Benefits reporting systems to meet internal and statutory obligations.
- Conducting Employee Engagement Activities as and when required.
- Manage all Employee Relations concerns and advise Management as applicable.
- Collaborate with line Managers on Performance Management Systems and tracking.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- First Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 relative years of experience.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Core HR.
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Salary Range
N400,000 - N550,000 monthly (negotiable)
