Job Description

• Supports user accounts, network or system rights, and access to systems and equipment by following policies, procedures, and tools.
• Administer application and hosted services roles, accounts, credentials, configuration and backups.
• Evaluation, testing and implementation of new applications and cloud hosted services.
• Participate in the auditing of application access, inventory of software, hardware, and licenses.
• Supports the routine maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.
• Participates in efforts to implement application and OS updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases.
• Supports the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support and use integration tools allowing for the seamless transmission of data from disparate systems.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Desktop support team and escalation to third party provider support.
• Escalation to third party provider support.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Good knowledge of technology and service management.
• IT support specific skill (network, technical support).
• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
• Networking.
• Helpdesk support.
• Cloud computing.
• Microsoft windows and Office365 administrator skills.
• Web technology.
